Friday, June 26: A Welcome Reception in the Hyatt Regency Sarasota Ballroom from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. All paid participants are welcome and reception includes a full cash bar, limited cash food item menu, music, raffle items and nostalgic race footage. Individuals who do not plan on participating in the Blast On The Bay Fun Run but would still like to attend the Welcome Reception in the Hyatt Regency Ballroom may purchase tickets for $15 per person. A VIP Welcome Reception ticket will include complimentary appetizers and an open bar. Limited tickets are available for $75 per person. 

Saturday, June 27: Fun Run check-in will begin at 11:00 am til Noon at Marina Jack.  Only pre-registered participants who cannot attend the private welcome reception, and those registering day of the event, need to attend check-in at Marina Jack. The official "Blast On The Bay" Fun Run beings at Noon til 4:00 pm. Boats may stop in any order to collect their five card draw chips. Last stop is Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki Bar where your meal voucher is valid. All boats must be in by 4:00 pm to draw all (5) cards followed by Awards Reception at approx. 5:00 pm. Additional cards (limit of 2) may be purchased for $25 each.

$50 Per Boat Pre-Registered Includes The Following For Each Boat Captain:

  • Reservation to “Welcome Reception” evening before the run
  • Poker Hand
  • Meal Voucher
  • Event Shirt

*Please Note:  Additional event shirts for passengers must also be purchased online by June 19 and will be distributed at the welcome reception and at check-in. 

 

 $25 Per Passenger Pre-Registered Includes:

  • Reservation to “Welcome Reception” evening before the run
  • Poker Hand
  • Meal Voucher

 

If Registering Day Of Event - $50 Per Boat / $25 Per Passenger 

  • Payment Only Includes Poker Hand

 

Last Boat Must Be In At Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki Bar By 4:00 PM To Draw Their Cards Followed By Awards Reception At Approx. 5:00 PM.

*All pre-registered participants may use their meal vouchers here. If you registered day of the event, you will not be receiving a meal voucher. Guests may order off the general menu and will be responsible for the cost of your meal.
